We are looking for a passionate and experienced Regional Finance Director to oversee and manage the financial activities for EMEA region. The role involves strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. In this role you are responsible for the performance of the finance controllers’ team as well as to ensure a timely and smooth support in the financial, legal and business aspects of the EMEA region.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the overall goals and objectives of Kramer.
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for the region.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making by senior management.
- Be the voice of the regional finance within the region and to

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting principles, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks within the region.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration is required. MBA- preferred.
- Professional accounting or finance certification (e.g., CPA)
- At least ten years of professional and leadership.
- Experience in a regional or multi-site capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with financial management software and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a finance team.
- Ability to spot problems and suggest improvements.
