- Speaking with existing and new customers to nurture and build relationships
- Leading and collaborating on customer account strategies
- Building strong working relationships with Worley’s operational teams.
- Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement to meet business objectives and targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts, internal operations, and sales team, and cultivate new customers as appropriate.
- Owns account plans and uses them as an engagement tool within the business
- Specific experience in Gas treating and Sulphur recovery would be a big benefit
- Experience in interactions with customers, Business Acumen and contract handling knowledge
- Experience in negotiation
- Ability to work in a team while located remotely
- Integrate the local Worley network in the region to develop and growth the right connections both locally as well as internationally.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Process technology background
- Experience in BD role with customer connection and interfaces
- Contract handling experience
- Fluent in English language
